JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
9 e, c3 L" \8 E( c0 pSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
, A$ W* ]4 E: ?* n! t' ESupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
8 z& U8 P3 x0 f& bof Course Pack production.( X9 X1 ~/ D# Z& x
8 @! g# f7 g3 e
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
$ A( o! ~" ~' M9 n1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 9 ^# _ N, R6 k2 ?. i+ g. k5 O- k
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
: q& h8 M* n, g% V: X8 q4 [6 J p, r5 f
, T8 n7 e; E" R6 V% v4 i2 v3 s2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ) c; `& f" z4 p
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.; E+ J. v3 U% C1 u! G3 C
, ^8 t. q4 ]8 d3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of % L6 y `$ L3 a
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
