JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- % A+ ]1 U2 J; r4 U
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
5 m/ p% D0 [. B2 o: xSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects , T- N7 k( D3 s+ Z, c
of Course Pack production.

0 c; R1 k) R' n+ yDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:7 K9 n( i4 ~$ P" m7 k
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
# O8 g; a( }9 ?+ M5 p9 {3 y. O8 }( ~of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
# U& o; D4 R F7 Q J3 V9 r7 y: K6 N) v
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including / w4 q9 M& A4 f: i
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.( r& O0 w# X! I3 @
/ O" f' u7 M& |( I f }3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of % `9 S! |. ^' i) f7 V/ R( F
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and . a8 V1 J' u, c; `6 q* i( U6 D2 g
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

: I& a+ r" I5 K4 I4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, # n* C( d m8 V! u' D% \- M
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.6 S- @! ^/ ` ]5 Z

, d( c. G6 k' H4 t, q/ f- ]1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.- ~, }% B$ y( z
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.) A( r/ N+ g( C9 n) q+ [# t

% e- k- s2 P2 q' w5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
