Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3 w! M1 R& P' o* \. v2 ]* i1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
/ _7 ]' f) A. }# Zof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
8 g# R2 p) t# K" w/ x6 {2 ] d# ^: Z: _% L6 A7 y' d: j0 c% c; V
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
" T6 p6 o' e* h% y3 C, i& tprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.1 r# n+ Z! M+ m
9 H* h6 s, d2 C4 P3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of + X0 ^+ W& |1 Z) R
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
& ^5 o1 l) v; P' z% B2 {keeping appropriate and accurate records.& Q3 J: g) s( s/ k. S/ n

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, ) ?1 J0 x- K8 H) |
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.3 e$ R- L, A5 ~& u3 T

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
) h& `0 T6 ]' Y: x8 @2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
4 M) M6 u( x9 t8 |* J: _skills.1 M! N# U7 k% O% o d& }
4 L, u1 t0 x: b, n* g" s L3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
