Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

0 d* e/ _* F" pDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 N4 Q* d; ^- Q0 Y- S1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
/ \' N0 P" A) H2 W* ]of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.* b- @' |. w( f' r% ~4 O
% ?, [, S6 @! E5 G3 c- {# @- M2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ! y% Q& D" b7 |0 J* o7 a
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

1 A( x( ?5 F/ w) W3 I+ u2 x3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
4 n" X3 v/ A. { w% acourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 1 H: j; ~6 K h% ~
keeping appropriate and accurate records.2 D1 m1 x, n, R `/ l
+ O) k8 _. i7 q# N( B4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
6 T% W4 k3 s/ }' E4 rfailures to the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:, a4 z- p* Q) }' o, Y/ U
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.( l; S% C2 w! ~7 T2 R$ M3 b6 A3 d
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
