JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
2 ~2 ?' p: U4 i; O D2 d' [, Z: \SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical # J: s5 m! C' q- U& n
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
% o. ]) U1 @8 \of Course Pack production.. n [: q' u- Z; z" o8 `
: f& Q6 |$ V9 O! P4 cDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
: [! U+ I( E4 f# J; ]) b. ^+ C1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
6 [' p; C+ B7 ?$ d- V3 i( w) vof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
5 P' Z: s: M% t7 v0 \6 m9 z O( w! Q- g$ r. u8 Q/ Z
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
[7 M) j& v& U) a4 eprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
0 \ F; l8 ^4 R) u2 _! u1 [% S2 n B# D& q/ M, ?; t5 g
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
% H1 Y: M% x6 b/ z( j& Icourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 5 M+ {! Z, h* n9 T' |
keeping appropriate and accurate records.2 r6 |5 u( n) \5 _& a$ k9 w

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 3 [9 N% m- M# k$ q. V N2 V
failures to the Operations Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
+ n" m- L' t0 G2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication & \% ^2 B' E" p; {& `6 J
skills., `9 `, u2 \; i* y8 K

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
