Alberta Finance, Edmonton - Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) needs a dynamic, hands-on leader to lead a
group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
( u: B' c. k6 F: n" ]4 ?" Zassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
! ]) O  t' Q8 K1 h  ugroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
- d  D+ j: P! k  \3 `addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
3 x/ E1 ~1 H5 k* n7 W% E# Zprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

) q2 |1 z8 Z* l/ @! G/ xwork within the TRA Division.

; E+ q) g4 D8 L9 k) e3 ]Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
