Alberta Finance, Edmonton - Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) needs a dynamic, hands-on leader to lead a
group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
4 n- ]/ \, s5 @' j5 N8 iassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
6 W# F9 ]5 i4 X9 P0 T0 fgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
- j5 g% l+ J) {7 \7 a5 Daddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
6 A! a9 g/ h1 F; o7 R1 \9 v2 Nassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
: U# X9 g  ]& j6 Rsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
