; ^+ z* A8 t5 B/ h$ |+ iAs Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
. Y' ]" C2 f0 V" Jassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
/ w/ @/ Z& t+ S9 S% B* C! ]5 @addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
" z# u6 }1 g7 Nprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
9 M$ o' I" u/ T5 o8 X9 ^, {! vsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
