Investment Administration Division provides comprehensive back-office support services for Alberta Investment
Management and various other government departments and agencies encompassing assets under management in excess
  n- ]6 D7 S) a, `of $70billion. As the Data Hub Administrator, you will utilize your strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-
making skills to perform ongoing assessments and reviews to validate HUB data. Based on your assessments, you will
' v# E) G* b$ p; T8 @' f+ Qcoordinate the release and distribution of HUB data reports each day to various end users and clients. As our Data HUB
0 i: X- [) `' w+ n9 _evolves through several phases, clients will expect you to keep pace with all new developments.


. o( I" v$ |3 K; D7 Q6 XData management activities are characterized by due diligence and a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that HUB
$ p1 l& W, H7 ^' _9 U, }referential data is complete, accurate and accessible on a timely basis. To expedite HUB database readiness, flexible hours
) i' b+ N$ g! G3 Y  S* Bof work with an early start time will be a requirement of the position. A special work hour provision applies with a
0 V; b9 k" Y3 ?0 O3 cdaily start time in the range of 4:00am to 6:00 am, commencing after initial training is completed.

Qualifications – Completion of a diploma in Computing Science supplemented by 4 years progressively responsible data
! ?8 ^+ C; }, z" V# tmanagement experience. Finance and/or investment knowledge is preferred. The ideal candidate will have formal
education in Computing and Finance. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and some familiarity with SQL
3 j( p0 ~& r# E6 Q! jwould be considered assets. Equivalencies will be considered.


Candidates with lesser qualifications may be considered at a lower level. This competition may be used to fill future
