to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
$ [4 q2 ^7 ]  {! r9 f; jcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
. w# a) d1 c& kjob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
! ]! V4 |8 x( F! |/ i# @" X6 S* Aimplementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
2 h, T( O8 |$ Q4 }6 G( bconsulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
