5 v4 c( j( j& Y7 sto deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
8 t3 k& S7 S' @3 q$ {0 ecoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
/ m5 {2 Y$ L$ s8 g9 q+ himplementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

You get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
5 R3 P: B0 ^5 v7 E$ Xservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
( g' Z: G0 Z0 rindependently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.

( q8 x* ?4 O0 Q7 }& L" GQualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
