JOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
3 M; W& J0 Z* w: b$ A4 R$ C+ VOperations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
1 u4 R" G9 T( M% W) jfulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

, ~% l( v6 ?4 b8 k; {DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff

2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
2 T  O9 {, J7 ^; E) i  e. t: eensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured
3 ]8 T# R! b) X; n- P" b  t- ~5 w
# T/ w( q3 I( V9 ]. o" M4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
various shifts as per store hours

; w4 k# e) x; d5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
orders for external custom order clients

# b& P3 e/ X9 {2 |/ \. ~+ N- c* E6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory

2 `, r, g; A9 a' R% z' x; H: z7)             Provide a high level of customer service

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
date with regards to consignment data

9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
$ @& H6 o1 |0 i- e6 h( r6 ~SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
Operations Manager-Retail

QUALIFICATIONS;
1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent
, a- t* s1 L7 o
2 Q2 Q  h6 R5 ^3 B) ^2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

4)             Strong organizational skills

) i' c" l7 s7 r( H3 g) Y* Fdetail

Salary:            $1864/month - under negotiation
Shift:            Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
