; E9 p2 M8 ?9 R1 G% bJOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
# _% K5 Y$ Y, k  f4 i6 A& Peffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

2 T( ?% F- z9 cDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
. m+ D' ~) S' G9 E0 ~: Z* a$ t) _Retail in the training of part time staff

2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
3 P1 F) K% w+ |- T1 y$ E+ hensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
2 P+ A* z% M* lRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

: @2 r/ b# s8 s+ p$ Y, M4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
various shifts as per store hours

. y  w4 O1 n9 K- P$ S5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
) A. O% ~% o* Y0 \" s: V) T3 yorders for external custom order clients
) A/ G7 F9 o( b4 L3 n' O4 X
. B5 c( b, o: |- i! L6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
$ x' {7 D6 o9 c. v" }2 z' fdate with regards to consignment data

9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the

4 @, i3 }- x6 D( t" {+ `0 CQUALIFICATIONS;
1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent
# t+ C+ d) c, K6 s+ ?) m- ?7 p: X$ X
2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

& P+ N  \0 o; B4 y1 `8 ?( k4)             Strong organizational skills

/ n" K+ E- F8 E1 j- N0 N3 C6 U/ C/ r' J5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to  
detail

3 A2 v; B+ i9 E* k  U0 i6)             Knowledge of computer operations

Shift:            Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
