DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:. U# S' ^/ f2 W

2) To run referenda/plebiscites as per Bylaw 2000.+ u( p3 r. o8 S- g
0 p; N9 R g' t" ?( i5 r3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.

4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing

5) To oversee the physical count of the ballots during elections/ , X) m- v: H4 i. S
referenda.

referendum.

To enforce budgetary regulations as stipulated in the Elections

minimum of four (4) working hours a day, between Monday to Friday,

of voting. These hours are to be posted in advance.

of activities and recommendations.

14) To organize a minimum of one (1) forum to be held during the week

for each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students'

2) Must have some experience in student elections.4 f% n& W% @% L O Y) X

any of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position 4 s( Z( L: R7 }) l2 j9 c% D
