- ?/ Z5 W% ]9 p: m; L& ~. vJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 L/ a8 ~" s( s1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
" i* y( A1 n1 l# W  B9 p
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

2 g9 X3 S% l1 D4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
( |8 N  N! N8 b' R$ fconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

) U# i# d; s& Z9 p2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
9 e' _# ]" {  m- C. x3 ?6 Qof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
2 n1 k6 E& h& u# `calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

* @* J& J! \8 c5 V3 {7 x$ ]3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

& {+ g3 K0 R# Y& @9 G& \* V4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.
