- F) X( F0 Y, n8 A/ w9 @. nJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
& ?4 b  o9 p! r. g(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
( n6 x- x' ^! Hpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.
) h% a1 P7 [- @3 u
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

  ?+ A; }) I+ y# a$ [1 X% S2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

" K0 c, G; c, F; H; K6 a3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.
  \5 C1 Z  E% ~) L" `6 v# Q
4 @& H% g  T# _) M4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
3 z1 k* A6 N- H! ?$ hconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.
) X% e! f8 B0 S
( x4 f3 U( |. ^* b# {, d. Q5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
, x+ c) {7 ]5 g5 _% H1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
6 z- f* V7 L) }0 h# Zcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
& m$ A# @5 x0 ^) [; c
4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
public.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
