•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
* \- }% K' s! Y) \7 n•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
( k* k- w+ N6 `5 D6 N( [2 B•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
0 Q0 W: d5 ?2 W( c8 x7 \•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
: h( D* |" l7 p8 T5 [•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
3 a6 q1 M: V. r; Z•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
