: F( k4 ^. Z) S2 I4 h7 b• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store. 6 J5 B0 l7 ^" n; `( Z2 ^2 X4 p
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
& R, K. F! o8 P4 {: J5 Z- p7 N• Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.$ }. L. N8 k6 n% S; N; G) F
• Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.7 N9 [ X8 `* o+ `6 L) i6 \
• Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.4 f) |# |5 |# b5 i& k7 ^
• Assist in maintaining employee files and records.8 i- m, r% E4 J$ h% W
• Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:
. D7 `% b/ E+ N6 ?6 K5 M2 ?; w
$ [/ i8 H* n& R) h! B6 h9 e/ ?, ]• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
: t7 W3 d) I4 ^1 ~/ ?• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
