POSITION SUMMARY:

* a* ~/ S7 M) u# J8 v5 J•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
+ i  i0 Z/ Y& O( d# m  i" {0 q% FKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
% ?) X7 ~* p/ Q* y$ [; I. ~•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
0 i2 o$ j7 E' f& B7 B5 ^1 I•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

% b2 U* @4 B6 L•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
8 y5 S9 K% b. |& k•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
7 o/ \0 x* ]( x9 n2 u  f" `•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
# v4 n, a! \1 {& d% o  W9 T* Z•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
