•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
) @% p* b! m0 M  _- \: d! Y7 d& ]6 d•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
& P$ p/ x* p' l. @( @$ F, U" q•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
7 P& {: \( s6 F•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
8 k9 J2 n  O' _. d, A•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
: w; ~/ M3 H% `" p& U$ n•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
