POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
. }* J+ m# @  \, A. e. ?Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
1 l- i# }3 [  v- b•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
3 Z' a1 O- g* w( E/ z3 N•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

% S) Q: k6 J, ]- `REQUIREMENTS:
; B+ O' K! G- [7 s7 c9 y: C
9 a% `+ v: \  R  p; R% p•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
7 @: N7 J8 m$ }& B" \5 l' I0 p. C+ P•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
0 y1 z# _% J  E) Q4 N# B•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
6 @/ S6 J! \0 r/ _# \4 b8 c% Z& X•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
