- [$ H% c2 P& H( H•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
. z) k4 a& y) M+ g+ d4 o0 k# v•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
1 F2 ~0 C% f5 ~- v) l- j6 F•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
$ U8 J1 v  X  _•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

- S) g% [+ v- }1 x  JREQUIREMENTS:

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
. W4 ]9 p) L6 o; L  G8 F# d•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
& w! I) K) s% z•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
! b0 x+ d8 y1 f# @$ T: {! `•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
