3 s' ?7 z# M4 ]7 T+ _•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
1 m7 L; F! D8 F6 p+ r: E•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
' M1 v) P+ ^0 s- L  u+ u•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
% q, N5 ~( K1 v, w6 m9 L, k1 ]•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

& I  A# T; G: R* N+ L$ b* x' I$ _( VREQUIREMENTS:
% J& f; `% X' w  w  {: P9 Q
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
9 r/ c# G- T$ p- f•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
