POSITION SUMMARY:

  W3 U" K8 q' E/ i; V•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
" E" o7 E. z$ e+ V' s  E  o! s•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
, z8 l* @8 |7 h0 R8 m8 `0 ~" e3 M% v•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Z& T- }, m# h6 [
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& G8 _* N* s1 M. e/ t" u•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
; ]2 A7 _+ t# g  |. I1 V0 Q•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
