& c5 u3 {3 ~+ [# h& T4 S•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
4 x0 K+ {5 W9 \Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
- a1 }' ^& o( L•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
, \9 Q7 D7 ]& h) n•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
# L( G0 ]4 e2 }% s* ~•        Control store-operating expenses.
0 B; X1 D1 U, F•        Lead by example in company service standards.
2 @* E+ e5 y: g( j5 X% A•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:

1 r3 c- w& u4 |9 Q: L% i•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
