POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

•        Lead by example in company service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

. a2 a3 Z3 [  ]+ L- M! ^% o( N4 }* }•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
5 s1 t8 w5 p+ R2 B8 h" b5 _•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
3 h) X8 m0 h/ x: t9 D•        Excellent customer service skills.
' p4 s6 H  Q0 N•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
: W, S0 C( D* }" c' X) s; Q•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
