" {, h9 @; Q& X& s! L/ H•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
) `$ H* Z6 X' W- Q7 i0 V•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
2 u8 Q, u$ a& n4 O5 Y•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
. n5 t* Q4 ^8 z3 i& f9 }: T- Z•        Manage store physical inventory.
$ ^/ t. k! {1 ~9 l4 I0 z•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
) w9 U6 L+ I5 T/ g' t! p•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& t; H' i' \  @6 L6 |- ~•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
" N( T4 a* x  Z•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
* ], i4 ?1 l6 _! b•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
