8 m% U5 C# n+ U% n/ D2 [) f• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
% S% A/ T- x$ t( wDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
) b/ q {% o" O. h$ j7 E3 R• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
$ Y u7 j' d. U. T# }- v# _/ c• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
; f) O7 u% s, a6 @5 K" }: x+ J• Control store-operating expenses.
, l/ U6 T9 V! }" z) _6 ]• Lead by example in company service standards.

• Manage store Health & Safety program.

9 F' p w" m/ F* R% y0 x• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
, K& G/ i7 {- [ \# I2 f• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
, v( W1 D* o# \; @% e$ ~; l0 e5 Y; z8 _• Excellent customer service skills.
