POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
; Z, S0 t6 |2 sDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
# w5 A' ?% h9 J+ j•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
1 G; I5 {5 r# i- q+ Q•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
! g4 ]% D$ ], |8 Y  S•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
  h1 D* G. }- S* x! |•        Manage store physical inventory.
; V/ l" G+ `$ a8 K  O) X4 U1 m•        Maintain employee files and records.
' p7 Y& c" H% ^9 V3 q0 n•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

# E+ b2 H( r( Y/ ~7 _0 _•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
0 S( Z+ e  U7 S1 P, ]•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
7 U7 H1 u( \% t' h3 i1 x7 O- P+ L•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
, v- [: B. u7 y$ J% d* D•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
