POSITION SUMMARY:

  ~$ t! g3 N4 E; [6 n. ?  g- x- P0 x•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

  t& Z) B7 D* d% v3 r1 D5 s& r•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
' A4 b) Q0 H" m6 v8 L: @8 O•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
, x: u, t( ]* }( ~; q
7 d9 C) s& {- D•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
/ |$ _) f2 P" J+ b; ~5 i; }•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
# o1 p7 F' l( O( g8 q, F•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
