Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need - C3 R* R$ t' ~9 B8 vto pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the - a `! R1 A4 A0 T) W7 N& G
rent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
