Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible

% W# [$ {* F* l5 s/ \# R6 qVehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided
Probation: 90-day probationary period

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience

Preferred
At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities
) f7 y6 n! R" N; P9 M9 S$ c7 eInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
4 x; O7 ?2 R% j  uManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
; [9 k, |9 {- T( p. a1 }3 g  UIssue notices to tenants
$ H- S1 g8 N! LCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
Monitor repair status and property condition
' D, F9 M, h3 K* l& v7 QUse property-management software to track and complete tasks
