Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Role Details
Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible

Vehicle: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required; vehicle reimbursement provided

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience
Post-secondary degree

+ r! h7 }/ F0 K& W9 n7 ePreferred
9 A( V  [  B* ~! i+ zAt least 1 year of relevant work experience
Canadian post-secondary credential
Class 5 driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
% x6 g" g0 `* F( NInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
3 h  b8 Q& Z  a+ P5 [Issue notices to tenants
7 |& D% @8 K% B9 QCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
7 z" R! M3 H7 o  hMonitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
