27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
p.m., Monday through Friday
2 y# K8 G" A  [0 B4 V7 dJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

4 h, `' e, C+ P. E4 C, RDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
0 ?  f# W+ }6 {: p* N) O1) Serve as cashier when required.
$ A4 N+ u) i9 H
2 k" ?2 Q" z1 V5 [4 R& T' p! H2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
) p; n' }: t" x# @0 C7 F  h
0 }0 n! V1 _# _* O2 w) Y- o/ C3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

7 z: i3 V; ~8 l, i: L* Z7 s4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

4 O" I2 j* w$ U  J" P5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

6) Perform monthly food inventory.

( R" c, x' s/ Z& h7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

: Q( L( s: K6 t To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

" r) R; J' n2 l6 M1 _. H, rQUALIFICATIONS;
, U6 Z) ?+ `8 I  f/ @9 j1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
8 i' E9 t& F$ w) c! Q' }% Uknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
! T) U2 i' q" V: v3 |; ?6 h$ q
: B" t8 O# W0 @0 {1 `3) Cashier experience.
( G0 y( P4 H9 S3 U' u4 o4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

( E9 I' }5 I5 I6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

February 14/97/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
