Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

, q: L2 Y& \2 C6 h3 A: S: BDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
2 R% y0 c8 k* j; L; ~1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
& i7 N4 ^+ e7 |4 g: c) d. J
3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

, }8 C8 h3 P+ O, r4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

6) Perform monthly food inventory.
$ N7 w# t% U; o: F2 M* Y
7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

: x5 `5 \& ^* |& N6 HQUALIFICATIONS;
! k+ w, j/ a+ G* E# ~) ?1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
( {. Q, q! t  @+ C+ e" [knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
. t6 K8 {: l2 V/ r
: t& {; z0 _- e2) Previous experience with food inventories.
, Y! x+ ?+ E, R9 }
; `7 o" O- {7 K% x3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
