JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

0 ^0 |2 O& x/ V$ FDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
; P4 T! O- h" x9 B4 D6 f6 n1) Serve as cashier when required.
% O6 _6 N8 Z# C) z
& Y: i1 d1 U. n3 R5 a2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
( \4 j& g& S& ?( B/ ^6 h
3) Food preparation and cooking as required.
& V' W4 \$ M: N( N( S) X# F) h
2 V% @/ o* S$ [4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

# q- o* ~: O+ ?& S. }0 i1 c5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

& z, m! ^2 k) R' M7 P6) Perform monthly food inventory.

* B- D2 }5 ]& p+ ?  d$ c' x9 C% \7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
9 o4 A* i- d1 w5 Y+ Z$ r) qshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
+ `, b/ ]6 U* N* S* y( A2 t  nknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
) A+ D- X+ \6 X% T# c( V6 y
2) Previous experience with food inventories.
2 \0 [6 _; z0 K) W5 t! N0 c
5 G' k6 @9 A- ~! r  ^3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
5 e: o0 }1 ?+ P# K+ w& S4 l. F
5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
