$ Y, f* a0 u% n1 b: o17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00

9 `1 ~# ?5 Z. @+ nJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
6 }( a' i1 k$ w0 Z) VOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

6 p8 z) i$ Q8 m( a, tDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
4 S, c1 v8 T+ }1) Serve as cashier when required.
+ |, G5 b6 F- g
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

* y* m1 Q: V. \9 c8 p7 q: h3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

( j6 i3 s( n" n5 P; z; k2 I4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

4 G" f: r* p' p$ {6) Perform monthly food inventory.

6 v* _! K. i" b8 k( p  f7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
( K) S1 q7 G, nshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

  l. Z" Z$ f0 F: T4 Z3 i) ^ To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
; u! n+ W- ^$ R1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
: t6 h7 s1 v  h- b# t, V
5 E& ^  k% {% ]* Y* m2) Previous experience with food inventories.

3) Cashier experience.
  i+ w( R% R8 N) s- C8 B4 W4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

February 14/97/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
