1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and 2 T' G% q# x* i) t8 o# {
beverage items.

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
# u6 V }5 f6 f$ s' vbar and debit floats.5 F1 ^- J8 X* P- B: G7 X/ H
( ]+ ]" M+ [* T* M3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of " i- Z1 K. e" Y! j% B- _
each shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
4 w4 {7 x4 Q- Z8 [) Rattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
6 q [8 r' c: `seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in 3 l% y4 b+ o) f/ B( o# S6 G, [
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol - \4 G8 D" S o2 Q
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.& w% J& L# e) J. e

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
( t) z v+ n1 Emonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a 3 b# S3 W! g0 f
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume P4 O( D; v' ^9 [
operation.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
