JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the ) U+ m3 g7 \# x! v/ O$ x& ~, {& U
Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the
9 ?. |% i8 O4 b1 s6 X2 bprocedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,
0 N; s$ T- ~, w6 Vcleanliness and order in the bar.2 S& g5 X% [* o7 q, ]5 s. g. [+ g

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/ R9 @, {5 r7 o
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and 4 K, @. `* P+ A' Y
beverage items.

7 T4 y5 z" m$ M9 E u$ B2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
+ H6 _- C9 q' C! `/ _: kbar and debit floats.1 f, H" j- z+ Y: y
1 r6 h! j" U" I% B6 F
3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
7 T$ ], S& S0 V$ F u3 J. weach shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
& N* B( m! I9 w \5 sattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and . r( X6 n y0 k
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
- c3 d* t& e( a7 P' j; qstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
% D* {2 J0 _3 @, C2 [. \products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a
