DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
( A' E4 X4 E5 y1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a 8 S: v# q$ T% Y% P- E; Q }/ e
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in 1 d% E7 c4 N! Y2 a
accordance with Students' Union policies.

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the
, F4 ]+ y0 d' etotal cash-out value of items sold on each shift.

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, 7 C8 f" R% Z! a$ y
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal ' G! N% } a) I7 y2 a

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate

6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health " ?' I/ F6 ^5 M

7) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based ( n8 _8 v. |6 k7 F
operation.
