We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required.

1. Able to communicate fluently in English
% g' K5 M1 B7 a2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally
: T2 H! F3 j" w- W' f: ]3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions. U) ~9 S" Z4 ~2 v/ `0 b U; x
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
; C/ k+ C. @9 @: p( }6 }5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience
+ D" ` a. N9 u" i0 w# Z! W6. Working experience is not required but preferred. 1 U6 }1 L' t& y1 P5 K

1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
6 k- \+ }9 y A5 }+ F2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
& {. `2 F0 m( g* A) K3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties7 X6 i$ ?$ x) d* |' @! a
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
2 x; ~. o: o2 S3 [5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
