We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required.

$ w6 s8 B7 G& ?! b0 j$ cJob type: Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week. Parttime is also acceptable.

Requirement:
1. Able to communicate fluently in English
2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally
3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions
" j: z5 u" X( H; t4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience
6. Working experience is not required but preferred.

Job Duties:
1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
/ m/ k* z7 T. C; `7 g& ^% r0 M2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
3 [! g1 x. u; K8 n% c' |7 T3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
9 o: K$ I: \( [+ S& J, l% H* h4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
9 F* D- P8 q5 m5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
5 F( _* m( Y; O$ S* A: S6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning.
