2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
/ y5 e# Z1 X" v# G* |6 ~% {3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions. j! i" x4 h, @: ]9 Z, E5 ^
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
3 a* _; B1 R3 i o6 Q5. Has class 5 drivers license
) y) \* E; c7 y6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

$ G' f, a1 C# P% X& oJob Duties:
3 h* z9 O3 I( K) z+ p2 ^- s1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
0 R: `" b% V4 f2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks' c8 J* M: P. `( Z, I- M/ c% p
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
/ u/ ` r# Q8 J$ k4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices* c, k/ j' x! Y7 q3 C1 ~9 `1 p
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs3 X# M3 f2 U o! z$ E1 ^* J8 P
6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
