We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, and task follow ups.

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
F# I8 B% L, M5 |6 l$ ^5 ]& R, SEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.6 D% Y6 u& [& {, `4 |- O! B
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.! E! J6 `4 H8 p5 B: A( k
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.0 u, [+ I; |# C1 s; c
