We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, and task follow ups.

At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.8 I, d0 S- U! Y: R0 I8 S

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.) s( n/ b4 _$ P% M% M# R4 q! W
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
; e6 ^1 o0 H% V6 ~1 }" q% U4 J: D( hConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
~# }1 ^1 a+ h8 yPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.* a+ {$ u* J, B7 E' b
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
