Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
# p& k; y# q; n/ ~( l* nMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.8 w+ d x/ u. @" Z" L# y7 m/ |0 a

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
