As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

* H B1 j7 L9 kMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.* R5 ?7 k9 u+ ]/ l1 U

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
?$ Q. v0 U6 n& t& |: q/ bSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.- Y4 ~" n9 Q' q$ o" i
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.& Q" O0 j: H) X7 \: U
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
l" F6 I6 a& z8 Q% t/ E* BEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.( n: U" N' ~; Y# s( x$ Z
