As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Rent payment follow up

Open house showings

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
4 O) w, N8 H2 V# r' N* a& yMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy./ D* g0 W, c% Y4 {/ @

Maintenance
& Y7 J4 E* p! h ~! NPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
' E) G- T9 _' xMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
- m: I! k, y; K& z3 xEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.. x% Y: [9 U: B
