As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. . y" s# D. }9 c  x' M

 At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

 Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

 Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
 ! y3 n* h8 \) T+ z' N) C4 TMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

 Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.+ Y0 D* p0 t7 b7 D1 R
 Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.7 g! O) u( N# c0 g0 j. f* W
 Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
 - u& ?- D9 g5 o3 D& b* pEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
