As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. % y" \: e* j/ p7 c

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.# M/ D8 @: I+ U: U5 h
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.$ f( F9 @ l& K, q) i8 N- `

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes./ h8 i0 k4 X+ H3 g
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.$ D9 H1 c1 z: D. e- l6 H% J# J
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.$ x0 t4 x6 J! @" r. V/ c& q; Y
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.1 t$ [7 V& Y8 m6 |& I x
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.

The duty of a Resident Manager ensures the satisfaction of the tenants and the Landlord.
