As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.. F I7 T, J6 `

Preparation of thorough monthly reports.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.( s% @8 P, B2 z! w
Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.7 w) g# A2 N) Q* J! v; }
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

- }, `4 p8 ~5 @( t- hPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

- C$ g: K( B' o7 T3 K a; e9 FSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
* C/ b% R( ?3 o9 J9 LConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
