As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.4 Q/ r: E; @1 W) F3 }' @

Rent payment follow up

Financial
5 j/ \9 v9 C1 L: }+ A& Q! `Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.! y. x: v# A1 Y' c5 O" h1 g
Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
) o. R- @( N; k8 w$ w0 YCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
4 [) b1 O8 ^+ j- L& AMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.5 h, J" S/ n- ~" a4 v/ J8 a
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities." M; V2 t4 }. R" S6 Z8 `
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.- y' B: I/ `0 I* z; M
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.0 Y% e2 F; L: V
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
  _4 x6 L$ @  ]2 J0 lPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.) K' e0 e! z4 s9 |, N0 Q: y
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
