recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions

1 a) ~/ I$ ~6 ]+ e5 \0 h' `# WSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
; n& m4 p. E: w' O0 T' danswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
- g4 Q4 j3 L/ p  }; yaddresses and general office duties.
- ]- h6 [' n1 H% |! n! q
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
% Q) m! o7 h% |& B  ]6 epeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
9 c6 v8 M$ m+ W# Gskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
3 ]5 k7 I3 z) X% L( H( l( zproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
8 b& O5 W  j$ S+ D# W/ {2 kan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
