Student Intern.

0 t0 Y' K, Q% P9 j: j% h0 ]Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

7 f, O* u2 Z& g) k8 Q( HDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
; ?- N8 m0 p8 o. q" B. h  Y( W+ Wadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
; y+ d/ `2 c" P5 I; L3 \. `% [8 A; jskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
& M" ~. ~9 V" P& d- i% M6 O; ~directions.
