The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
% n8 L) G# S6 l, o. E' ~$ }" v5 W+ e; aStudent Intern.

; w+ ^: I0 K1 KSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
1 x1 V3 A+ K) O( y* \answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
* G( D" q$ p- d/ Q! {- ymaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
7 t% e- k; E3 Q0 J3 sadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.
% Q  ]4 [3 v) _% I- v
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
: r$ W  f. B, i- l" q* u$ e/ {# e" zpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
2 `; m- z! J" W! c+ c3 `# gskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
4 N' A1 G* C4 {7 z5 t$ I) c/ ?% Z; l6 @an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
' E: m" e& P$ P' [1 ]directions.
