The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.
+ A8 X/ x6 V4 M3 L. Y.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

+ z. p3 r8 K; K" M/ l& RDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
6 ?' E( k) w  i( R/ k) }: K4 Tmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
& R  \8 a7 b. y" [  l: Gadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
$ [% a: Z9 M. b1 A( E7 {addresses and general office duties.
, p: k0 E* Y8 E- D! W" o# Q
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
& ^: `8 l& P6 _, s4 B! _skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
" D& b8 n" s0 ^4 ?3 R  o. i4 wproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
0 v: F) p7 t' c. T' xan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
