Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
; n& m4 p. E: w' O0 T' danswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,+ x C+ C$ g) h% L4 q$ Q
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of% i$ n! f% I1 F k1 I2 u
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
- g4 Q4 j3 L/ p }; yaddresses and general office duties.
- ]- h6 [' n1 H% |! n! q# s" T& \+ W& l. u+ I6 x) ^
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
% Q) m! o7 h% |& B ]6 epeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
9 c6 v8 M$ m+ W# Gskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
3 ]5 k7 I3 z) X% L( H( l( zproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
8 b& O5 W j$ S+ D# W/ {2 kan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow3 b7 S) Z9 ^( ~
directions.
