Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
, P" k3 t" A3 E  S4 T/ H
Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
" Z% C8 a7 S1 j+ O, _" a' Y$ aanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
+ Q2 G+ X# |( \; n6 I; h8 xadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

/ P4 t% q- {0 N7 _* v4 r0 oQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
$ W" w7 u; k3 Z1 N4 speak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
8 V* X4 e) I) l; ~skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
) z8 \; v/ K7 o+ ~2 sproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
1 A1 q6 v; U- {an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
