the student to stay on a casual basis (10 - 20 hours per week) once the5 s. p! m5 k) Y% o! u) D* N. ^
school year starts.

CIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus
1 A7 j" c, Z( A3 Qvenues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,; t o |1 s+ @8 K1 W4 \
etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for' ~' u( B7 }; J+ p- \) M, O9 {
participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and
4 F; R" [' I7 r& x# B9 Dtheir program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during
( i# Z5 d2 o4 [4 A3 O( ?! d5 stheir program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,
! ]0 D/ B& v" ], h% s' r8 n/ M/ nassisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking
& E R5 B9 C; ovenue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city/ G$ V: {, K& R y4 h( H
outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city) K" Z1 Y. l: D
excursions (does not involve driving or overnight week night2 p, P/ V- f' G" F V
excursions); interpreting (non-technical exchanges) at meetings or$ g1 ~5 ]# D8 p; @; w0 h
functions; translating, revising or drafting program-related documents- { Y7 E) ~" {2 ?
such as schedules, itineraries, notices, correspondence, PowerPoint

Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in6 w2 b+ {& A4 D) s1 y0 Q4 t* y
Commerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate
, J. h7 O, O7 h( |- Nfluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,. p$ f: I" ?9 L# C5 I1 h% Q5 ~
demonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
* \5 Z* j7 D/ [6 V, Wa variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those$ f' A7 [* x; l `
of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management- [1 ?+ ?, [+ F8 E* S. W$ U
skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,
