Salary to be paid will be $15.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

4 y8 c/ n1 t; A0 N5 UDuties include: working closely with graduate students and research
' V+ d5 H0 R. O$ D6 q+ `  `technicians, the candidate will work on the synthesis of intermediates
for use in chemical and biochemical research. Particular duties will
8 ~. a) S/ Y; S0 P# [5 c/ iinclude carrying out chemical and/or enzymatic reactions and purifying
compounds by chromatography.

/ P6 z5 j9 E- z" |Qualifications include successful completion of courses in organic
Chemistry (Chemistry 263 or equivalent) and ideally biochemistry and
analytical chemistry; familiarity with basic biology and chromatographic
8 x+ c, F& y  Z! j1 Jseparations important. Attention to detail and ability to work as part
; U% q: s' c" c) L' H/ N: f% bof a team essential.

and chemical research and would be ideal for students who ultimately
