Key Responsibilities:
6 i6 a, E7 Z7 B! H8 U
-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
, Y  x3 O# F: d* |' q3 R-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
( d- J) J! i; n% F" Y& N# e-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:

) ^4 \# l# |, o6 U( a  @3 }2 l- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
