CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

! Z2 D- z2 {" Q$ k0 k" w9 q-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
1 }& r5 s8 t7 Q# O2 O* Z0 x- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.
- q7 y5 j& ]) A5 m) f-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.
- Demonstrate a high level of work ethic.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
