CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23
Job type: Full-time Permanent
Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
! t  T. K' j0 x-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
6 k! T: Z6 l/ c% A7 U* @- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
6 g% f; u) J- V% d) W7 l-Providing general clerical support to the office.
, z! T' ]9 O+ D, s% R0 ~/ \-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
7 |5 _& d& D7 V1 r' t4 i$ V- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple demands.
- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.

Education and Qualifications:
: W* k' c! _$ u% ]5 @  T' b
- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
) X; [) W. S# H- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
