China in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
: a8 z0 J  @3 rnegative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
/ Y! n) N% R3 {: Y+ hstudents. Although the gunman has been currently
identified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
" w( l4 k9 Q+ c* d5 O4 e& |in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
( }( m4 W: Q3 }: S( s: j  bsafety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
the shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
