A few minutes ago, the Consulate General of P. R.
China in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
) e$ a8 j, f+ D1 I& t/ V; znegative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
: j, f! R9 ^# L" N# Atragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
' T7 p5 k' Q+ v$ Lstudents. Although the gunman has been currently
identified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
# q3 A& S* V2 x% O% nsafety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
# U. l% n( |+ B3 V* dthe shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
