Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals

3. Maintenance requests follow up

0 u7 q* X& N* u, I  U1 M7 R5. Bookkeeping
. Z* P# d- r, N' a7 ~6. Visit the building and enter the units

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent

Requirements:
