Position:  Quality Assurance Manager
2 m  u% h7 w8 M, b" ~- @- U% zBrief Job Description:  Reporting to COO.  You are responsible to oversee the QA program and ensure all certification requirements are maintained.
( Q6 H$ O) \# x5 p. dDuties and Responsibilities:
$ b  r* W1 r$ C6 J1.        Provide leadership and mentorship to QA team member
3 f' F$ v/ b+ c% {! n8 N9 T7 Y; f2.        Lead all audits (NSF, CFIA)
8 L+ m0 t; E- A5 B3 T3.        Maintain and update all food safety and quality programs
4.        Ensure all CFIA, food safety and audit requirements are met
  K" k! e/ S, ~* @5.        Lead on new product development and continuous improvement on existing products
6.        Perform internal audits
7.        Manage all customer inquiries and complaints
8.        Some travel required (1-2 times a year)
8 l* J; Y3 W( oSkills and Qualification:  
1.        Bachelor of Foods Science
2.        Strong knowledge on NSF, CFIA, HACCP, GMP
3 ?( @1 q8 D" ^, o0 W3.        Strong understanding of food manufacturing, food safety and food quality
4 S- F1 ?0 F4 q# l6 o$ f4.        Ability to work well under pressure
5.        Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadline in a fast-paced environment
6.        Strong organizational and time management skills
) m6 d. H  @( p. n$ YWork Experience:  Minimum of 2 years of food manufacturing experience as a QA Manager or Supervisor

45-60K depending on experience.
