Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
9 e. H# q9 ?0 @5 S2 g7 w1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
; D& e2 W( i) P! z9 q* W! e* g6 i2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
. n* u! i5 w$ s, g5 L4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
, g& j. G% |# @+ j. x7. Other duties as assigned

0 ?3 ^- E; U, M# h! U* D* C# N, ~( R1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
+ r8 L5 b- c" {! ]3 U4 `9 l2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
; b* L, W4 S' F; k2 h" j6 u3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
