Brief Job Description: Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
n9 g& h% M! S0 p2. Maintain and verify QA and production records2 ^, V5 [# ?$ u- L0 m4 o
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs4 x" I1 W- x/ h _% Y, J/ N- A9 }
4. Calibration of Equipment
! {4 g- b# U0 w0 h% L* s( Q5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
$ s9 n" ?" V( Y. J/ s% V" e6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices6 ^$ O$ z7 Q& g2 B- h
7. Other duties as assigned& H9 C g! G0 ^" g
Skills and specifications:
5 k3 W9 p$ v/ R6 f1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
$ O3 n. P! K! w7 D5 J3 |2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)" h7 q/ b4 h; @+ V! S. x' K/ g
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4 `, Q" ?: i/ x" ~0 \; J1 m4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment) r( j$ u8 U& i" `
