Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
# j4 q+ g$ g, Z$ YDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
7 \3 \8 J: n: ]5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
  V7 P6 T# M7 w% v! p' ]4 {6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
8 V8 k  g. U" Y( i+ d2 L3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
