8 v1 Y2 A3 E# \! PBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
8 f% h% ]* a( T2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
" r4 D4 {( w" _& Q) K, |( {( u5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
; O7 u1 l/ I8 u: x: E2 H6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
+ F) A$ U* G" i; P. c0 m6 S6 s7. Other duties as assigned
! c& ^% b' j( cSkills and specifications:
1 g' _2 K1 B  U, L6 V. P7 ?1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
