MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
8 T+ a  l! e+ o( ]& MDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
( H0 j* U" M6 O6 U. Z  A3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
0 q; j2 @- h+ B8 E  s* t8 c5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
' \1 Z( s3 V& [" G7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
- a/ S- J. h  D2 Z: l1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset

5. May need to work different hours
