Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system
% ]! I! A3 e" X4 RUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures
% g7 W5 j ` E9 ?Submit and reconcile expense reports
8 v5 i: V; g) t# j7 u: |9 ]- bAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients; Y2 K/ S: P) `( r' ?
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
