Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures% F0 Z6 R" w' Q" E+ u) q+ `2 H
Submit and reconcile expense reports. a+ k( G3 q+ {& B
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients* v, S8 ~% x7 [. K& e' X
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
