Create email templates for operations department
# h) |, u/ L! B" I6 @Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

& H9 h9 R2 `, u" L8 A8 K; AUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures: C2 B$ q; q+ n6 Z3 u: n, _
Submit and reconcile expense reports

Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail5 p" m1 t. ^! N* {
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
