" ]& N5 A' u# X% m, n1 V# RŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
0 O. z4 l' e* N# f3 j7 [0 yŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
1 C8 \: j( V5 j  R- }4 v! aŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
3 d  k% d+ q1 |$ X. g' i6 qŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
- c) ]8 [6 T: O% f8 kŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
# r% [; D6 Q+ _$ T' tŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
8 h! V% `3 w% T8 ?6 }1 a8 a; \7 m* aŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
6 ^6 r) G: i% }0 M$ v; M1 WŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
  o' J$ r+ m  y8 h4 q5 YŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
2 `3 x* V$ _/ n& i4 X+ H+ k/ oŸ   Valid driver’s license
; o' {3 H" B" V* H3 K. nŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
  f. ~0 E% G& n1 `Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
