工作职责
, k/ x9 A& _' I2 Y. J/ SŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
0 s- j7 {4 c$ ]$ q, bŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
* W. s' ~4 m6 B9 U8 bŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
# P# D3 m: S, |6 {  V! ]Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
5 Z, k% V* l- o/ CŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
) A1 Z# V- \4 b* V7 L0 U; MŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
9 }* C' d: [* r% y) eŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
