工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
9 r2 E8 o% p+ x0 ?6 Q4 E& M0 NŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
1 U5 }( g; h* g/ W) JŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
' p/ f9 Y, G! s' lŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
3 ]1 [$ ~0 T1 @! r! ZŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
% J+ B) f; K; M* p  wŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
5 T/ j  l' ^6 ^# RŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
. G# T, {( O5 @- j* y/ I% @- x' dŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
% h2 v! u1 W9 Z6 d- }0 H* ZŸ   Computer experience required.
' }& Z$ D' p/ `1 I" A1 vExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
