0 u! n8 C; P+ k# M+ B, @4 U  nŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
- L. `0 v) i9 @Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
/ ]4 F% ?0 Z+ F; X2 `Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
! j# I6 `* T! K4 VŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
3 V: \  _% ~. n7 iŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
  h3 E2 u! D' I* U. _0 W' CŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
% F9 Z  W9 Q& {4 [Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
  q7 P" W5 u, |+ ~2 IŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
/ K0 u' P- ?0 @: n6 jŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
: ^6 S. h$ X0 G3 C) Y$ `Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
