工作职责
$ V3 {5 q' |4 }7 E7 A5 CŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
0 [4 ]6 w' q  J! rŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
' p2 S; M7 z8 g' t- G8 }/ S& {任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
- e) e+ }3 K& S! z2 R( y. u& yŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
$ D' |) H7 t3 {Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
, J" b) B2 c$ r9 w. c0 a6 Z/ ?7 jŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
  e3 M8 S/ L9 o% x( J6 q5 n: z4 N9 |Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
9 O% X# v" C- {- |. u4 jŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
