工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
$ D8 ?- z5 Q% _% lŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
  D+ @; J7 b) y: P/ gŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
2 d& d! i( y# k; O- XŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
  e3 P/ y6 G. P$ Q9 l  S/ ^. O) PŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
3 ^; Q3 y. d3 `; T7 P. mŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
6 @4 {) y1 H" S* l; [: ~# EŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
% R$ M8 ^8 |, v3 }  \. oŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

$ Y$ B# N$ h1 h( Y# ^Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
# j  Z- q+ X9 i+ D8 q. o) O/ AŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
/ J3 y, x' ?% d) CŸ   Computer experience required.
. r0 B' X, O+ {) c( lExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
