工作职责
2 k  c' _1 T  A0 q' M* O. h/ b0 MŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
+ W; S0 A; ?  JŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
3 d2 M# n# C9 `6 C/ ?, i0 h/ f9 iŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
* ^2 W- P  L7 [+ Z) K5 O; G3 `Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
, l2 w. m+ X! f" xŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
. T( Z* D& ^; ]" L5 WŸ   Excellent communication skills
* y$ Y2 S# L  ]1 g' IŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
( U; u- I6 B) @1 d1 P% v8 aŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
8 i. t# j& a0 m# hŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
0 i# U% w3 C0 D  p1 F) FŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
3 l1 B0 T  _: h( ~8 oŸ   Computer experience required.
! N% D% }/ ^0 L0 VExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
