/ U+ p, l9 h: [( g+ K. D: }7 OThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
7 c1 A, Q, I( _3 }$ n3 g4 JEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
' W# v& m! {- ~( }5 n" {4 zProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
) a& _0 D1 e" iMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
  g$ {  _* ?' kOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.

Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
