Job Description
7 C9 A( `8 l& ?Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
6 E) }) r! X" N% A' ZResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
* Q, z) F: G5 t' LResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.4 h. W9 n: C. A% R
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.1 r& @& l, k! S9 T' |- K
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.6 g; h6 r2 U3 x
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
- ]1 z8 Q4 E( v: l9 QNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.: H$ C; _; c! I6 g3 I
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.5 i8 ^9 P# {" p, b
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.: n& P+ Z/ ]/ |" g6 X
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
