Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.4 u- Z2 [' \% }: e
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
: e% I5 H F. U0 b7 ]- uResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.& E/ Z) J: \8 X$ M+ O, W# F
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
* B4 j0 j; G d8 [ l* I& H- ZResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.- d% A9 B" P4 k7 b- v$ G
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
! B5 L/ N, A% n. N9 y+ NNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
( u% D: a' i% u D% @/ k3 wImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
1 G5 f0 B6 E. D7 d( l' _Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.# p5 T! a6 U2 D) Y
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
