Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.! ~$ @4 h. D$ H) H7 O- Y: y
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc./ H: Z9 l3 r$ C+ \6 ]# v. n1 m
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
# T5 M. }; c6 J! r1 o2 a- BResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.6 V* c X6 e. z, R3 ]& U
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.* {5 j$ G$ M* [. J3 p! C# A$ M$ {
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.& ~2 }/ D$ g/ ]( h
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement." J0 Y- o/ a; P2 \% I% V: M
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.2 M( U1 z% Q% o M
