Job Description
3 _5 C: K; [$ dResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
# t# R/ |7 y8 d# X3 D7 TResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.% V4 j4 ?9 g! x3 ~9 r; ^
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.4 @3 j* P( n: O6 [
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
/ m* Y1 |/ X- lResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
/ Q% {. Z6 d- D8 ~Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.6 J& l1 X3 o/ b* L
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
: M9 M* j, u' j2 F7 U. _5 x/ l6 ^' NImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.: w M/ o/ P& L7 {" _# K* q
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
