CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

. Q5 G9 u* d4 l; A" Q% H- M8 AResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
% W$ R* @2 z& f9 y" b- `* }7 P•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
! M, J0 a9 k! k6 H# F•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
% y8 v; o- x' U+ h! m•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
$ _3 E/ X3 U0 _•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

+ h( B. H- E+ i1 B" {  YAccountant Requirements:
, p+ o. X# o" L* i, W) I2 u) t
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
, J0 S, M7 [- Y7 C/ b3 K•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
# e2 F9 |$ R6 C2 I# F•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
% S5 [( N. `$ o* X' m" K# T•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
