CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

$ D  T. J; j4 G" X: _. t6 Y+ A8 m•        Manage all accounting transactions
" _8 |/ u2 O+ Z•        Publish financial statements in time
( Z$ q6 B7 |: U0 c# m- a8 p•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
% Z4 B4 P; W1 ~( I•        Ensure timely bank payments
- q, l1 ]5 u0 h•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
+ c9 ^& h' K1 c; E: P; c6 @•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
( `+ W! Y8 A" g% X' P7 M6 O
- {0 H; k- m6 J5 |( C•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
