CAC is seeking for a full-time procurement officer to join our team.

4 Y5 |5 ^  v9 J2 K; A2 [. L6 hThis position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

The procurement officer is responsible for:
-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
$ q( r1 l& h$ ?# K-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
, G& ~+ g, v/ n1 J, i! D0 S' }-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
-        Building and managing supplier relationships
-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses

  H1 Z$ `! V0 o6 {  T- Sound research skills
% W) n4 Z/ v/ A- F4 ]1 f: j- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
% b! m( t& [) E, a) ?- Friendly and outgoing personality
; m0 `2 j( Z" p+ P! ~8 S- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
! B$ v; _4 {: b8 J7 b0 J$ ?- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
