申请UA,请高人指点

请高人给出点主意，我打算申请UA的master of mechanical engineering, 但是有许多问题不太清楚。

我的toefl成绩今年1月分已经过期了，请问是先重新考TOEFL在申请吗？还有别的办法吗？可以申请conditional offer 然后在补交toefl成绩吗？

申请conditional offer. Take 2 courses if over 80%.  You will not be required to take Toefl.  That was the offer to me for MEng Project Management.

condition什么呀。直接到系里找coordinator谈。他在谈话当中就能看出你的语言能力。
