saskatoon is too far from Edmonton. The house price won't go up a lot. People are still moving out from Saskatoon. The house price will go down eventually.

! T: m3 S5 `# B8 M1区和2区的大部分社区都很不错。河西的3区也是SASKATOON的富人区，比河东2区的所有NEIGHBOURHOOD和河东1区的大部分NEIGHBOURHOODDO都好。
河西的5区也有几个NEIGHBOURHOOD比河东2区的大部分NEIGHBOURHOODDO都好。
河东的Exhibition、Buena Vista、Queen Elizabeth与4区某些NEIGHBOURHOOD是同类档次，因为住了很多拿政府救济的家庭。
