! h/ q- d- X( D" O, N( j3 i9 C• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
/ _  A- r0 P! J( V• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
) G& V# O0 s6 b% h. Y" G• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
; J+ {+ e- w5 X4 G. I• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
. J4 t; h4 k1 b3 y• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
  \9 L$ G4 T, R" Y+ X; S  v% e0 d• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

2 B  g, {2 N- d2 ^• Proven strong sales and customer service
. h$ z: N3 W5 ?2 w2 H• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
, ^6 ^8 D' i6 K4 L' B7 g• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
5 t: m, a9 U4 p' Q3 v• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
+ t' j, i7 R4 _* I0 K) B" h; j' _• Strong computer skills and knowledge
6 I9 a) L. l1 D* n- R: e" G2 `3 d• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
