• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
" o" b2 D4 K7 ?5 f5 t8 Y9 w' E; h+ m• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
, z6 P, x/ U( ^/ T: W• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
( B" O6 v1 }+ ^4 S/ i% n# o• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
) \" p7 v. g; h( ~& b: Y  t4 P4 G• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
% ?# R' O$ r. a7 j6 q8 O. [' P* Z• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
3 r, J+ i% @8 B& S; Y: B. K8 h• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
' `# H+ q1 ?7 S8 H3 }9 }• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
9 o: v: i4 |" B) M& L• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
