Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
1 ^& u3 T' v# w  S! n2 _• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
# |7 K7 {6 J7 G/ O+ y5 y• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
% q/ C' T4 i7 e( B/ R2 n, ^, c• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

% ]; X8 J" u' ]8 ]4 l# u& e0 ?' D• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* m1 m* S5 s/ p* {6 U• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
) F7 y2 n8 d# L/ h/ N• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
& K, J% Y8 a0 G+ v9 T7 K" V/ P• Strong computer skills and knowledge
+ e% f, S# q* w4 b• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
