Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
( o. X# X  }% R* m5 P+ o6 ?5 o- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
8 v8 ~* o  U. k/ d1 s- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
& @' D7 `0 j; |- Professional appearance and attitude.
6 U- g. ~$ v/ g; n- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
5 F/ d0 L) v. w( J8 a' c- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
( U) |5 R/ K% s# L& h; g- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
