- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
! d+ d3 a& r& G- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
6 i) e- P+ t* m- G+ x& O- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
& e" A$ L' X$ |2 N  n+ v- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
' j3 {# [+ [8 C9 a5 b& o1 W) U- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
% T; ?8 j1 y6 V5 p- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
& R& w/ ^% O0 g9 ^& R- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
