Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
+ q2 S9 ]% t- |+ Y7 |- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
, t% ?# ]! G% d3 P* O- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.

- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
