- W, c% h# M0 {1 N- NKnowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
5 ~* P1 I! H+ I-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
2 X+ K" @) J: i2 }) U-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
- k# t; R( S# T- W3 Q-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
* A; ], A7 o5 B, h: W3 o-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
7 a2 s1 ?5 l+ K  T6 w-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
  |) R. a# @2 B! _: C% V5 j8 F7 y! F% X  N-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
$ o4 T! s+ [" f7 {- r-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
