Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
1 r" j9 }6 W, V' F% L% I-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
3 c4 o$ m: V3 t% a+ X-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
% P3 P" u- w) _3 ?-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
* Q8 i! c( A: L6 I9 C-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
% {7 i- c: }8 w2 C" H. F3 I- [-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
8 H: g% t9 ?  x8 E-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
2 [( z+ r7 H) n- S-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
