PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
3 v" u- \4 \* [- q' L! v5 bConfiguration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
z9 j' F A% Y0 u) Y- G+ o6 LRead and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.6 H( P( g' E4 m
Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.

* M5 `9 d* B" j S! ^Contribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.$ P4 W# i) G o$ Y" I% Z
Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.3 t6 I; o/ A6 h6 q' h* u' n0 Y! F
Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed: N5 d6 c) f0 i+ e- c
Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences
* ]& y+ O& d% h5 rProvide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution
' v* H4 G( E) u; b# e- p3 d9 PWork with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed
0 e7 z: P( k# p, l. OEstablish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.
6 O4 R5 ~5 V) b9 qExecute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)" L6 y1 x8 s/ B% u
Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed
9 h+ F2 ~* J5 Q: b+ ~+ E; fWork with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing# z2 i, {* p8 ]6 {% T
Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure P( n: ?2 A6 g( v1 j2 a: c/ }
Occasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits.! v: I, \$ V7 D! V" k. L

' @+ v; G* C. ]( e( ]Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College8 N) N! B# A: U( D( `8 `
Two to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.. b/ j; M6 R7 [4 U* E
Automation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment). R% L( N3 ]: W7 [" Q; O% P
Experience interpreting process control documents.
4 X" W4 p% u% y3 @! i) ]Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities

9 L) A0 V6 g/ M1 W& f/ H0 oKnowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies

Understanding of hydraulics and fundamentals of fluid mechanics and previous experience with water treatment systems
# H# V6 w* j" v/ F1 p+ JStrong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.) ], x' l: i E/ x- @! i
Mechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)
$ K& v( F( S, c }5 f# TElectrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment e- ]; m* e' B* Z
Ability to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents
