If you like you can use more ingredients such as bacon, onion/green onion/chives, ransh salad dressing or sour cream# u' E! K, v( Z6 v' b$ K

DIRECTIONS:

Place potatoes and salt into a large pot filled with enough water to cover the potatoes. + I6 C. b6 A6 R7 s+ j1 j: `
Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. 7 e: V& I; F" {8 w$ e
Drain the water, mix in butter and mash/beat with mixer.

Crumble in the cooked diced bacon or other ingredients you prefer, to taste. |
