4 medium potatoes cut into about 2 to 4 pieces (peel or unpeeled, based on your taste)

3 or 4 table spoon butter or margarine$ f, Q6 U9 @! L% ]' }3 `! _% S

If you like you can use more ingredients such as bacon, onion/green onion/chives, ransh salad dressing or sour cream

Place potatoes and salt into a large pot filled with enough water to cover the potatoes. ( n9 S& k5 I. S
Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. 5 h! u& A' @: v3 t* ~
Drain the water, mix in butter and mash/beat with mixer. & H' F' L% j; r0 H: t' R
While mixing, add milk to get desired creamy consistency.
