Your Key Responsibilities
•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
, \3 p! Y. V9 i6 N1 y; G•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
% `( |( Q: W- z4 @, ?8 L•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
! U+ L" [2 J5 D5 I, z  Q•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
! `  B3 d3 _+ e- ?7 i+ Z) l4 D2 U( r•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
3 y0 U& p( S  g7 v% z•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
2 P# n: f' t! B6 w  z- h$ h3 |•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
3 G% o; D: K6 x3 q/ G( J•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience
4 @( S& H# O( e5 [. A# qPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
