0 T/ m3 r, `$ }! Z5 [& k0 |As a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved.
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
3 V8 S: q0 V# \& l- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
3 r% _9 }. c' H- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
" c1 ^& j# s3 K. g. C2 V- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).
- Managing shift expense budgets.

- Previous supervisory experience
" D) I6 H' K2 _  M/ ~- Strong leadership skills
6 U' u. N1 b  f- G! g- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
