CAC is looking for an experienced purchaser for our maintenance dept.

2 P$ j+ v  s( J! k! r3 ]+ }You come with purchasing and procurement experience and with a can do attitude. You are an organized meticulous person who likes to be organized. You know how to be flexible as there are always orders coming at you, as the maintenance dept is always in need of parts and equipment. You are a good negotiator and know how to get good deals, but still maintain good relations with the vendors.

; x# |5 ~& N) `" [You have experience over viewing contracts, and following through to ensure our products arrive on time. You enjoy a fast paced some time hectic work environment and pride yourself on problem solving and building processes and procedures. you are firm in your approach, but know how to recognize when to yield, when priorities change.

You have a purchasing designation as we can not consider anyone without a purchasing or similar designation.

& z  w' D  P5 J8 m' D& Ptracking orders for arrival dates and time
confirming pricing
+ Q: r- i! I. M" [$ k% xentering data into system
: ^+ [+ o$ v# Y9 m& i- Hmatching PO, WO and invoice through to completion
maintaining contract and relations with vendors
& @) o, u1 m  X$ z7 w" nmaintaining stock levels
checking inventory levels
* S: |. U1 t( Ataking direction from the maintenance dept
