•        2 tbsp (25 mL) Liquid honey ; W+ F( N$ M  o1 t( L6 H
•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger 2 i! a9 c" v& D( @
•        1 Clove garlic, minced
1 d6 E4 s; i9 J1 s, |6 y•        Pinch pepper

In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.& T- h) i" @$ ^; }6 o4 \! N4 w- t

Reserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.3 B( z% w4 ?, d$ F! {) D

For large chicken breasts, flatten slightly with meat pounder to ensure even cooking.
