Job Duties:
1 k7 n1 }# \( t4 l! x) m
- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales
4 @2 P0 s  _$ N$ {/ ^* m3 `
- Organize and distribute staff schedules

9 a: N/ b% p3 O" h/ d! J- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

- Opening and closing procedures
$ H* _4 S: E1 ?. b7 ?0 X% Q# v
* O. }3 p5 n1 I6 Z$ k& l. O: y0 R- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

Requirements:
' h5 K" O% Y7 a/ j# `0 `
; |+ q1 M1 m" h, S. `, `9 K/ `# M! n- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

- Must be able to multi-task

- Prior experience is a plus+
  
- Able to read Japanese is a plus
