Job Duties:

2 Y. Y% y( L8 L  J- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales

- Organize and distribute staff schedules

- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

6 {" Q9 j! Z' ]# R; R; {/ T2 e- Opening and closing procedures

) p# D2 I* X3 b9 U5 U" f9 J# J" K  v- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

+ s- V! C- J* J  M  f( a
- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

- Must be able to multi-task

- Prior experience is a plus+

- Able to read Japanese is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (35 hours minimum)
