适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

Honey Bread

4 |; H; L9 q) h4 w/ ~( b- j4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 B& l0 {; T) C( W0 d+ f' O, I2 packages yeast1 z+ W8 N; ]" U5 d* D: H. P
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
. t9 K* C% h6 n" i4 a1 teaspoon salt
* }0 s6 A7 W' t' T! W1/2 cup pineapple juice
$ s1 U( a6 N+ a5 o/ A2 r  E1/2 cup water
- ?9 ?6 Y6 R  w  V8 _  g' y- f1/3 cup shortening
$ h$ C1 O3 Y2 X( V. C1/4 cup honey
; T; J* o' d- Z2 S2 eggs- U: R1 O+ `5 i
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired& o4 b  ~5 v3 x( V
$ I/ R1 `0 W* ]! x8 J
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and( p& P2 V& ?& M% X4 W8 |, X7 T/ P& l
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
( O$ W) I8 k/ ]9 i8 q) D, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
4 g* r$ s( V9 H0 `- _  `shortening does not need to melt.)
/ n/ t7 Z' B7 z3 `1 sAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
- X' [: ~5 Z6 A3 _! f( F7 |1 Auntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually ; ~6 U/ q1 B4 T6 Z8 X9 Y+ w

" @, A5 g+ S2 F/ R8 xin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 7 e8 _, d, C% |' ?

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,, H) o! {+ Q: q( |( R7 V1 M
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes  r+ d* g# s* b8 f$ `& u/ \
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast)., T; L6 m) d) J2 m* T: M7 K

1 ]) t0 d6 i( v, i: M4 }7 r9 r3 \! V4 \Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf., p# b5 l" {5 O! l, O$ g
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

( q. [8 b" O0 C* o/ w& q2 q& Pto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
8 m% C' g7 K) E! r- ]% f) cbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree   j8 |. O, B) A; Y
for
/ s2 |3 U! K9 B* z2 v35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
