适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.7 c* R' j6 J. _' v6 a) Q! L/ ~5 m

; b! }. I7 W2 }- x6 l4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
6 Z8 v/ Y+ [: u/ m# b2 packages yeast
. {: P8 \  r" c# s3 o" R3 s1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
6 }1 ^0 S6 p2 @$ r1 teaspoon salt
% E3 G5 N1 d. I* z1/2 cup pineapple juice
& M% ]3 z/ l, p- |& N" m1/2 cup water# J$ q8 w3 B6 J1 H" c# I
1/3 cup shortening$ h: O9 k$ T+ m' K9 i+ M
1/4 cup honey
+ b$ A9 {. }9 K$ L8 ]$ D2 eggs/ X; Q! g& y9 C- |1 C
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired* ^6 b' _1 D- y! X; y

! r. |9 w, T; A2 E, C0 xIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and( E7 c$ ^+ N( `3 Y  E+ z
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
  p' K- z9 w+ }9 n3 D, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;# }) e3 |. @/ L; Y
shortening does not need to melt.)& o" H6 g4 O2 c& Z2 U& y
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
* U0 t7 L6 b6 V  u) Runtil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 6 s3 o0 j0 @1 C0 ?2 ^4 E( X
stir
! d! A& w* A- ~+ \% T: S2 B- Min enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
; S- l  R4 R& _. w% L& M: F) p7 Ksurface
- L3 \* P0 f2 xuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
0 q2 s# S( [9 Q% ?turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes9 g* P+ y) P" X" i: }& g. l& ?# B5 `- T
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).) p$ C$ A6 s4 W. C( w  N, q5 q
7 ^6 o& ~9 c  d& @5 c& C
Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
, Y  i, @3 R/ A/ p6 n; g5 |) B/ VPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

7 ~: n6 m6 s* o7 i0 L9 Gto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
& W4 _0 E$ D$ b3 m: L1 \9 d  qbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
- ?9 P' g8 A! |5 q. M7 A  Cfor, F* u  ^# w8 e7 f( ?. r
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
