适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.7 J- T5 q8 [; W& y

8 \; i: H" ~9 p) G; {6 y2 O+ I$ E4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR; |9 ]2 t: I( j0 e2 g3 W
2 packages yeast3 M8 B# r" f/ g- i6 ~1 u5 S
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk5 J; |* k0 i: k/ {% L! C
1 teaspoon salt* O+ H: M1 m% {
1/2 cup pineapple juice
* a% {- c+ J: z1/2 cup water
$ K3 ]0 M$ Q" s2 q4 U5 k  f1/3 cup shortening
, `' c* ^# F! V1/4 cup honey" T2 }4 I* V# n. C1 R
2 eggs
6 z7 ?4 a: l$ J! k' B, w# x1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

* ]3 p( u! s& E! a" fIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and2 T  M$ Z1 K4 Y5 T' w: q* a& H0 z8 E
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice9 ~: c: ?: w7 B, w
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
- r2 _* f0 r# |! }0 b2 u  V3 Buntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 4 @+ c4 {8 i9 [, p8 d( F: q
stir
/ e5 B% y' W& n# c1 N5 X# D4 hin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

" A' c5 Y9 P$ g, M! W7 }until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
! ~% u5 c# U3 I! g' s5 x! E4 cturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

& r6 a( W8 Z% p# F6 A: s9 NPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.8 ~* i4 m/ `. n7 a* P& u5 X
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place , S9 c8 ^- ?8 H5 `3 W

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
9 Q, D: w. ]  O/ E8 ]. w% H/ O- rbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree 9 D4 y* z! j8 d1 l+ h& i
for/ p( j) U1 G/ z  q/ ]1 n
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
