适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.  g# o! L) Q9 K  \5 x6 F

; W/ D. n6 n0 v4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR. Q6 _! D$ Y, J; _. G
2 packages yeast
- x, e9 U3 z: M: H1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
7 X2 _/ j7 e6 X( g. W1 teaspoon salt
% U6 L! U/ |' y3 W* K, {1/2 cup pineapple juice" W! }3 r: ]3 Y6 x) ]; G
1/2 cup water- @" |1 k' `( M0 F+ P% c9 b
1/3 cup shortening8 b" F& s4 t0 c  R7 ?
1/4 cup honey7 r) O1 _  R" O2 b. h) R& N$ v
2 eggs
6 |; |" b- k! k; G: S8 O) b1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired5 Y4 ?% f$ S( ]3 P' @. w" s

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and& a5 W: g  K! ~& j* S, d$ k% G8 e. o
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
! ~' ]6 U2 m) U3 A, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;9 C3 Y: {' G: D; P1 L
shortening does not need to melt.)- o, _4 Y7 |3 P; `, }$ O
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed7 q- r# {: ]8 J: J  ]9 o
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually / ]; O' ^2 Q# B3 |% ]9 {
stir
6 y" K4 I1 Y3 [4 T! v  |. Ein enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured ' k2 m/ J/ j3 U+ z1 x0 U
surface
* U  S; A' {' I; o0 t  w5 k3 V' w& e' Quntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,/ X5 ], g- F( b9 q+ w2 R4 A2 D
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes+ W" y0 I8 ?4 v/ z6 I' q" o
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

+ E0 D9 K7 [7 }* S5 j& @0 ^/ zPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
& L+ X, S" O( ?$ U6 wPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place   X8 Y( [% }+ g6 p* L

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly# [. t$ O# v% O$ u: Z+ p: W* N
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree . t+ O# Z% X, H# n
for
) M' Q5 }! u, c, `4 b  u35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
