1/3 cup nonfat dry milk1 j# \- P. d( Y9 {0 m( ]$ W7 J
1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup water" M5 X3 Z% e$ C2 |& K
1/3 cup shortening8 w7 a) [# }4 ~5 O! P/ S3 q* C4 `
1/4 cup honey8 ?* x* G" D) p; A9 g8 I/ g* A
2 eggs

salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
B$ Q! d3 S7 N4 B3 P$ }until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool. |
