在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1/3 cup nonfat dry milk

1/2 cup pineapple juice: O3 L& O; S; h1 ^. e1 ^2 [
1/2 cup water

1/4 cup honey/ T3 L7 `' |8 u4 E9 g& w. l
2 eggs

4 E' ^4 j! ? a- L7 W$ @In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and

, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

" g7 ~) Z: E. s5 TAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
3 p7 X1 S2 N% }" Y, Uuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually # x+ Y. k+ D4 H- W

$ L5 D/ U8 b$ ^ Q! w+ ~/ ~in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 5 Y# I/ w3 R4 C" a9 G2 ?

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
% K& M: u4 M: ]8 Zturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool. |
