在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup water

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and* l0 B2 B. a: K
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice- Q4 m8 }% J; o* V9 l) k& d- h% u, {
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

: [! b6 e# S4 k, BAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
& ~* G& t; d4 m: q8 kuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually ' i$ W7 H# B& `0 @$ q
stir
: R0 p5 \ ~* tin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured % \+ D) }: n* C/ b6 C/ f

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,; {6 [4 Z x! r1 V2 q1 |% x
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes: A1 S. Y* R5 i2 i
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).& `) @& d+ B) [' s. T h
% J/ b" A4 \9 i: ^, _3 wPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
