2。No more passengers than seat belts. : P2 d/ b' E% T- R+ H# }" U* y3。Fewer demerit points (8) are allowed than for fully licensed drivers (15). & b" W4 U+ x( f5 }4。Have a zero alcohol level. ' A O+ o0 y5 w5。No upgrading to a commercial licence (Classes 1, 2, 3, or 4). - j; h ~7 z8 a5 e; ?6。Cannot serve as an accompanying driver to a learner.
