The Ministry of Children's Services provides financial assistance to eligible lower-income families using:

Licensed group family child care

Licensed out-of-school care centres
( V7 s3 ~+ w; lLicensed pre-schools and
Approved early childhood development programs
Maximum subsidy rates vary by program type and the age of child attending child care.

You can apply for a subsidy if:

You or your spouse/partner, or the child receiving care are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada and live in Alberta.
$ X2 A6 e! D- S' x9 AYou or your spouse/partner are an Alberta resident.
/ w: Y5 m  L0 ?. z! gYour children are 12 years of age or younger and are not yet attending Grade 7.

低收入有一个数目。今天早晨听 cbc ，两个女士都有不错的工作，也可以领。我觉着我们对政府定义的低收入还把握不准。

根据这个定义，应该不少人可以属于低收入。
