The Alberta government has an online source of data known as the Alberta Land Titles Spatial Information System (also known as SPIN2), from which a limited amount of information is available for free.

1 n: m1 `% z9 b/ O1. Visit https://alta.registries.gov.ab.c ... temunavailable.aspx, click on the 'Guest Login' button, and agree to the terms of use:

+ D$ z; Q m: Q6 A9 x5. This will bring up the rough area on the map. From here you may have to navigate around using the north, east, south and west buttons. There is also a zoom button at the top left:

6. Once you've identified the property you want, click on this little icon in the bottom left of the screen, under the 'Tools' functions:* f: f' P; T4 H+ u' r9 G

7 R4 T9 l- r4 |* c% _4 r4 h' k1 |7. Then click on the property you want and it will open up a new window. In that window, click on the little binoculars icon under 'View':+ O4 @% Z, F% F' W

8. That will bring up basic information about the property, which usually includes the 'value' and 'consideration' of the most recent transfer of ownership:
