The Alberta government has an online source of data known as the Alberta Land Titles Spatial Information System (also known as SPIN2), from which a limited amount of information is available for free.; G! o) g% G9 l$ }$ l0 q% L

1. Visit https://alta.registries.gov.ab.c ... temunavailable.aspx, click on the 'Guest Login' button, and agree to the terms of use:

2. Click on the 'Search' button at the top of the next page:

3. Click on 'Search by Street Address':

4. Enter the address in the fields at the top right and hit the 'Find' button:

5. This will bring up the rough area on the map. From here you may have to navigate around using the north, east, south and west buttons. There is also a zoom button at the top left:9 A7 P& k! P1 i: p

# d" B( z$ F6 T+ M, V6. Once you've identified the property you want, click on this little icon in the bottom left of the screen, under the 'Tools' functions:" J" C0 u5 g! B4 g

7. Then click on the property you want and it will open up a new window. In that window, click on the little binoculars icon under 'View':6 Z! v' I. ?) u# ~1 e) f

8. That will bring up basic information about the property, which usually includes the 'value' and 'consideration' of the most recent transfer of ownership:' s g6 j0 M/ D, W" k
