The Alberta government has an online source of data known as the Alberta Land Titles Spatial Information System (also known as SPIN2), from which a limited amount of information is available for free.

1. Visit https://alta.registries.gov.ab.c ... temunavailable.aspx, click on the 'Guest Login' button, and agree to the terms of use:3 @* B$ T3 `) G7 f

9 q" c2 {: I* |" D N2. Click on the 'Search' button at the top of the next page:

3. Click on 'Search by Street Address':

4. Enter the address in the fields at the top right and hit the 'Find' button:0 C' R3 ^+ z+ f1 m0 G1 j

* F# g4 A& ^# B& V3 _0 G5. This will bring up the rough area on the map. From here you may have to navigate around using the north, east, south and west buttons. There is also a zoom button at the top left:2 _7 g4 i+ D. A9 F

6. Once you've identified the property you want, click on this little icon in the bottom left of the screen, under the 'Tools' functions:( Y4 L) h7 T9 M

0 B6 ]0 p' e, x' x4 z3 \7. Then click on the property you want and it will open up a new window. In that window, click on the little binoculars icon under 'View':' E4 }& Q: P/ n0 u

- s* L {6 [0 {; y) X5 f v8. That will bring up basic information about the property, which usually includes the 'value' and 'consideration' of the most recent transfer of ownership:
