In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
( i5 W; j3 S3 m$ P0 hAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
: K- [% h: \, O8 z0 W! s* LEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
4 S- Y( e! A9 G3 g; A6 VBe accountable for decision and actions
( V6 c4 p- L' J2 `/ v2 ~5 @: G3 _Mitigate risk to the organization.
% D4 }; O4 b1 B8 G% r4 xEducation:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
- ?* A2 @! f+ E5 ]3 S1 K2 g• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
/ \2 q  y- s2 C2 o: eExperience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
) I* U, y; Y- g* X* I+ \  Z8 ISenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

* f; r# L( h1 sCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
9 Q* i/ v+ H2 r2 _7 m" O6 s4 k: nMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
