In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
7 e' {$ J! v: ?8 PAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
0 `, D/ O8 A7 t7 }" H+ E2 i4 GAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
  A( l3 E# g- ^1 B- ?. GEducation:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
( r+ D  m$ F4 ~# \3 HExperience:
( Q" w; V9 n" @) m& F- S# i6 `2 p  b% o
Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

  ^" i, Q. `: r! NCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
; N5 p9 p, k9 h- \Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.

Security Clearance :
