In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
/ O" a# Z2 ^$ Q, O% UAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
0 m6 o4 |  N9 g  I* j: n6 xEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
Education:
* G- F' @& _9 y# A+ w( ~
/ s2 X1 ^" l$ TA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
9 _$ S) P0 z9 i/ C. T, y• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:
7 w7 m- l% J% M5 d
2 t( {3 K5 V# K' g* L+ ~% ~- TDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
; r/ i% @% W% [& d  rPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
6 U: W, ?1 x8 O+ Q  O5 o  w, g+ LSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

( c5 a. A$ x7 U2 o5 c3 `- rCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
7 j4 y7 U+ S5 C; P# D$ B9 d
Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
3 G+ {$ C& t# r. j  @, C) P3 f7 J5 mMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
